Christmas memory Tree

This tree travels every holiday year in recognition during the Christmas season to bring awareness to those that lost their lives to substance use disorder.

In addition to its role during the holiday season, the tree is also specially decorated for Memorial Day to honor the memory of those lost to substance use disorder in a more patriotic, solemn spirit. It may be adorned with American flags, red, white, and blue ornaments, and personal tributes that reflect the dignity and individuality of each life remembered. The tree has made appearances at locations such as The Dream Restaurant in Hollidaysburg, PA, and the Greenbean Coffee House in Altoona, PA—offering a meaningful and accessible space for community reflection. Whether during Christmas, Christmas in July, or Memorial Day, the tree stands as a moving symbol of loss, love, and the ongoing effort to bring awareness to the addiction crisis.
