PRO-A Quilt Project

The PRO-A Quilt Project is a memorial quilt created for Blair County Overdose Awareness Day to honor and remember individuals who have lost their lives to Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Each section of the quilt represents a life, incorporating photos, symbols, and meaningful items that reflect the personality, passions, and memories of those who are no longer with us. The quilt serves as both a tribute and a reminder that every life lost to overdose was deeply loved and valued. Through this project, families, friends, and the community come together to acknowledge loss, raise awareness about substance use disorder, and promote compassion, healing, and hope.
